- 7:00 AM – llegada de los participantes de la convención al restaurante (Casa del Campo, Tres Esquina – Roso).
- 8:00 AM – desayuno de bienvenida para todos los asistentes.
- 10:00 AM- presentación Musical.
- 11:30 AM – almuerzo con los asistentes
- 12:00 AM – presentación de baile
- 1:00 PM- cierre del evento, salida de los asistentes para la ciudad de Popayán.
